    3rd Shift Sanitation Team MemberSchedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, and a few positions starting between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. End times may vary based on production and sanitation needs, and team members may be required to work beyond the scheduled shift as necessary. We even offer apprentice programs in maintenance and in our truck driving department.What You'll DoThoroughly clean and sanitize food production equipment, machinery, and facility areas to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. Removing food debris, rinsing equipment with water hose, applying sanitizer, etc.It is a wet environment, and all PPE is providedUse professional‑grade cleaning tools and follow detailed sanitation procedures—hands‑on work that keeps our food safe and our operation running smoothlyFollow structured cleaning schedules with accuracy and consistency, both independently and alongside your teammatesInspect equipment and work areas to ensure everything is spotless, safe, and ready for the next production runComplete daily logs, checklists, and documentation that support food safety and regulatory complianceCommunicate clearly with supervisors and the Quality team to report sanitation concerns or equipment issues. Taking pride in your work and making sure the food processing equipment is clean each nightWork in a cold, wet, fast‑moving environment where teamwork matters and each night brings new challenges to solve togetherYour attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right help ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the standards our customers trust.RequirementsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first timeTeam member work in a wet environment—hosing down, removing food debris, applying foaming chemicals, and rinsing with sanitizerWillingness to get a little wet — and scrub some hard to remove food products while doing high‑impact work that mattersAbility to work on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs., and navigate a fast‑paced production environmentAbility to use measures and apply cleaning chemicalsFlexible schedule availability, especially for overnight or 3rd shift, when sanitation is in full swingA team player who's dependable, responsible, and focused on safetyPrevious experience in sanitation or food manufacturing is great, but we'll train the right person with the right attitude.
