Inbound Operations Management1 Supervise and optimize all warehousing processes to ensure timely receipt, inspection and storage of goods.Maintain the accuracy of inventory records and ensure that all incoming data is correctly entered into the system.3 Ensure that the warehousing operation complies with the company's standards and safety regulations.2. Team Management1 Lead, train and guide the warehousing team to improve team performance and efficiency.2 Make reasonable work arrangements and assign tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the team.3 Monitor team performance and conduct regular assessment and feedback.3. Process Optimization1 Evaluate and improve the warehousing process to improve operational efficiency and reduce error rates.4. Safety & Compliance1 ensure the team strictly abide by the safety operation specification (SOP) and reduce work accidents.2 Ensure that all operations comply with local laws and regulations and company policies.1. Educational requirement: Associate's degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse receiving and put-away management, with a solid understanding of logistics and warehousing operations processes.3. Possesses team management experience and is capable of leading and motivating employees to enhance performance.4. Proficient in operating a Warehouse Management System, such as SAP, Oracle, etc.5. Possesses strong data analysis skills and is able to make sound, data-driven optimization decisions.6. Possesses strong communication skills and is capable of coordinating inbound logistics processes across departments.7. Language Requirements: English may be used as the working language; proficiency in the local language and Chinese is preferred.8. Other requirements: Must be authorized to work and file taxes in the United States.
