Seasonal Coordinator, International Production Operations (REHIRE)Mount Laurel, NJSummaryAssist with coordination of NFL game broadcasts & programs to int'l broadcast partners. Daily tasks include contacting partners and gathering game selections; assist with weekly satellite/fiber orders; and distributing confirmations, formats, and AD information.Work required on select weekends and evenings.Travel will be required during the season to assist in broadcast productions.Essential FunctionsAssist in coordinating delivery of NFL games, programs, footage, and other content to regional areas: North America, Europe, & Asia.Serve as point of contact for Int'l NFL Partners to coordinate transmission paths.Document and track game selections and other content broadcast around the world.Work with internal depts. and external facilities to distribute NFL content.Liaise with NFL Broadcasting, network TV partners, team PR and stadium contacts to communicate broadcast details to int'l partners.Support live transmissions while in progress to ensure highest quality experience for each partner.Required Education and Experience3+ years in sports broadcast, television or other production and project management rolesKnowledge of broadcast distribution and technologyKnowledge of current sports broadcast production, content technologies and methodologiesPreferred Education and ExperienceExperience working with professional sports franchise and/or sports leagueWeb page program experienceOther Key Attributes / CharacteristicsCommunicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist in organization and service to connecting groups.Ability to collaborate with all personalities at all levels of the organization and with external vendors and partnersExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to implement and meet deadlines and manage projects towards those deadlinesSupervisory ResponsibilityN/APhysical DemandsN/ATravelAbility to travel as needed for onsite game support (10% during peaks times)Salary / Pay RangeThis job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job.
