Description
Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Compensation: $75k-$85k Base Job Type: Full Time Benefits: Retirement, Healthcare, Paid Holiday, PTO, etc.

What We're Looking For:
2-5+ years of accounting experience with experience in manufacturing (strongly preferred)
Experience with cost accounting, inventory accounting, fixed assets, or manufacturing variances (strongly preferred)
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred)
What You'll Be Doing:
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
Analyze standard costs, inventory, manufacturing variances, and average costing
Support fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure tracking
Partner with operations to analyze manufacturing costs and improve financial performance
Assist with SOX compliance, audits, budgeting, and forecasting
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
