Description
Senior Civil PE Project Manager – Land Development & Infrastructure
Licensed Professional Engineer leading full-cycle land development and infrastructure projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. This role combines technical civil design expertise with project leadership, client management, and regulatory coordination to deliver fully constructible, permit-ready solutions from concept through construction.
Responsible for driving complex site development projects in the Tampa Bay area, ensuring alignment across scope, budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements while maintaining momentum through approvals and execution.

Responsibilities
Lead civil site design for grading, drainage, paving, utilities, and erosion control
Design and manage stormwater systems, including detention/retention and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling
Oversee projects from feasibility through design, permitting, bidding, and construction support
Coordinate directly with clients, municipalities, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Drive permitting and entitlement strategies across local and state jurisdictions
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring QA/QC compliance
Provide technical mentorship and review for EITs and junior engineers
Support client relationships and contribute to project continuity and repeat business
Qualifications
Required
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
8–15+ years of civil engineering experience in land development or site civil
Strong background in grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design
Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Preferred
Experience working with municipal, commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
Prior client-facing or project management responsibility
Familiarity with Florida permitting processes and regulatory environment
