Summary Of Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesOur client is a leading management consulting firm specializing in operational excellence and performance improvement of senior industrial, automotive, and manufacturing organizations. The Senior Consultant / Manager will lead client engagements focused on procurement, supply chain, sourcing, and operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, client management capabilities, and the ability to deliver measurable results in complex manufacturing environments.Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.Analyze data and develop actionable insights for procurement, sourcing, supply chain, and operations.Facilitate sourcing events, cost analysis, and process improvement initiatives.Build strong relationships with client stakeholdersPrepare and deliver presentations and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Roll up sleeves and work hands-on with client teams to implement solutions.Experience/Skill/Educational Requirements5–10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or operations (consulting experience preferred but not required).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills (written, oral, email) and client management capabilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).Multilingual (Spanish, German, Portuguese) is a bonus.TravelMust be comfortable with 80% travel.Location:Flexible (must live near a major airport).#J-18808-Ljbffr
