Job Description

Work for a commercial roofing company. The Senior Estimator will manage bid review processes, maintain and improve estimating technologies, and ensure accurate electronic file and database management.

The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent is acceptable) and ten (10) years of work experience. Due to the highly technical nature of the duties to be performed, the interview process will include a test to prepare an estimate based on information provided and will be evaluated based on objective criteria.

The salary offered for this position is $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year. Benefits include: Health (w/ vision), dental, 401k, company provided life insurance equal to salary (up to $100,000 max), company paid for gym membership, PTO benefit/policy. Work from and report to the Delran, New Jersey, office location. The position involves travel to various, unanticipated client worksite locations in the East Coast region of the United States (New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland) to meet with clients/prospective clients at client sites to gather project information (approximately 10% of the time).
