RTX is seeking a Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional in McKinney, TX to develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You will lead the creation of IMS baselines aligned with customer requirements and IPDS, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical requirements are integrated.You will analyze Schedule Risk, present mitigation plans, and provide planning metrics weekly and monthly.
