Senior Manager, Creator & Affiliate Marketing

A leading lifestyle retail brand is seeking a Senior Manager, Creator & Affiliate Marketing to lead influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing strategy while managing a high-performing team. This role will oversee integrated creator campaigns from concept through execution while helping shape brand storytelling, customer engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing strategy across multiple campaigns
• Manage creator partnerships from planning through execution and performance reporting
• Oversee affiliate marketing programs and identify opportunities for growth
• Manage agency relationships, budgets, contracts, and campaign performance
• Partner with social, creative, merchandising, and media teams
• Develop innovative creator programs that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals

Qualifications

• 6+ years of influencer, creator, affiliate, or digital marketing experience
• Leadership experience managing direct reports
• Retail, apparel, beauty, consumer, or lifestyle brand experience preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Experience managing agency relationships and marketing budgets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
