About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead a team of designers embedded across product teams. This role will drive design excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure consistent user experiences across the platform. You will be responsible for evolving design systems, mentoring talent, and aligning design execution with product goals.

This position is located in Arlington, VA and in office Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers.
  • Maintain and evolve LoopNet's design system and design operations practices.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions.
  • Advocate for accessibility, responsiveness, and design best practices.
  • Align design efforts with product roadmaps and team priorities.
  • Conduct design reviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to drive quality and innovation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college.
  • 7+ years of Product Design experience, including team leadership.
  • Experience in marketplace or real estate platforms preferred.
  • Dedication to understanding user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis, with a focus on delivering solutions that provide value and enhance the user experience.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product design and development.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.

Base Compensation: $153,000.00-$258,000.00 Annually
