    Description

    The Senior Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end production process of Liverpool styles, once receiving the bulk production and shipment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams—including Design, Technical Design, Marketing & Sales, Sourcing, Vendors, and Logistics—to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost control while meeting company standards and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily communication with overseas factories regarding production status, timelines, and issuesManage POs, WIPs, TNAs, and IHDs in internal systems.Track fabric and trim readiness, including shortages, replenishments, and liabilitiesMonitor sample progress (fit, wash, PP, TOP) and follow up on approvals and commentsIdentify and mitigate production risks, including wash failures, quality issues, and delivery delaysCoordinate inspections, chargebacks, and corrective actions as neededEnsure compliance with fabric and wash standards, specifications, and customer requirementsPartner with logistics teams on shipment modes (air/sea), consolidations, and ETD/ETA updatesMaintain accurate documentation, including buysheets, reports, and production recordsSupport cross-functional teams with timely updates and proactive problem-solving throughout the production cycleInspect TOPs and bulk production upon receipt for trims, labels, wash quality, and workmanship; collaborate with the Tech team to verify measurements and specificationsRequired Qualifications Proven experience in a data integrity, data analysis, or quality assurance role.Familiarity with the apparel industry and its specific data types (e.g., product information, inventory, sales, customer data) is highly recommended.ERP Knowledge - The role will require knowledge and understanding of essential ERP's and systems (A2000, PLM, Nu Order, Inspectorio, etc).Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve data quality issues.#J-18808-Ljbffr
