Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance. Oversee field teams, superintendents, and subcontractors. Coordinate work in active hospital environments with minimal disruption. Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders. Enforce strict safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols. Drive project planning, problem-solving, and risk mitigation.
