    [Summary]

    • Lead and oversee performance and operations of multiple retail store locations across the US
    • Serve as a hands-on, field-based leader, spending most of your time in stores coaching store managers and driving sales results
    • Own new store openings end-to-end, providing hands-on training and support before, during, and after launch
    • Travel frequently across the US and to new store locations
    • Champion a customer-first culture and consistent brand experience across all stores

    [Duties and Responsibilities]

    • Lead and oversee multiple store locations across the US, driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and consistent brand standards
    • Own new store openings end-to-end: coordinate pre-opening setup, staffing, merchandising, and systems, and provide hands-on training and support to new store teams
    • Travel frequently and extensively across the region and to new and existing store locations
    • Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing Store Managers and store teams; build bench strength and a pipeline of future leaders
    • Set, monitor, and hold stores accountable to key KPIs, including sales, labor, shrink, conversion, and customer experience
    • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational, visual merchandising, inventory, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met
    • Partner with HQ teams (Operations, HR, Merchandising, Marketing) to roll out initiatives, promotions, and process improvements across the region
    • Manage regional labor and expense budgets; optimize scheduling and payroll to maximize results
    • Handle escalations, loss prevention, and store-level issue resolution promptly and professionally

    [Skills & Qualifications]

    • 8+ years of retail management experience, including multi-store, district, or regional leadership
    • Cosmetic/beauty retail or value/specialty retail experience strongly preferred
    • Proven track record of opening new stores and training and onboarding new store teams
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout DFW and to store locations
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with a track record of developing managers
    • Data-driven and comfortable with retail KPIs, P&L, scheduling, and labor management
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities across locations
    • Based in, or able to reliably commute to and travel throughout
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Authorized to work in the United States
