If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for connecting with top talent, and enjoy being hands-on in the hiring process, we want to hear from you.In this role, you'll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and warehouse leaders to fill critical hourly and supervisory roles across multiple distribution centers.What You'll Do:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needsDrive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly rolesUtilize multiple sourcing strategies (job boards, networking, passive sourcing) to build strong candidate pipelinesParticipate in job fairs and recruitment eventsScreen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring processesWrite engaging job descriptions and maintain postings across multiple platformsEnsure an excellent candidate experience from application through offerStay compliant with all federal, state, and local hiring regulationsServe as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on recruitment progressWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferredMinimum 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience (20–30 open requisitions at a time)Experience recruiting in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution requiredProven success sourcing hourly and supervisory talentFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platformsStrong communication, organizational, and follow-up skillsComfort working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environmentProficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and othersPerform other related job duties as assigned or requiredCompensation and Schedule:Pay Range: $40-$45 per hour with eligibility for overtime paySchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
