Classic Collision offers competitive pay, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.We look forward to you joining our team.Responsibilities Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off through delivery of the completed vehiclePrepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelinesPartners with insurance companies to manage the customer's claim to ensure the best customer experienceMaintains communication with customers providing updates on the repair processCoordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identifiedMaintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standardsPerforms quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customerPerforms other related duties as assignedQualifications Must be at least 18 years of ageValid Driver's License requiredAbility to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-personPrior collision estimating experience preferredFamiliar with estimating systems CCC1 preferredI-CAR / ASE certification preferredStrong organizational skillsSuccessful completion of background check requiredBehaviors/Competencies Integrity - Respect and accountability in every interactionCustomer Service - Provide the highest level of customer service while building satisfaction and retentionInnovation - Develops and displays innovative approaches to the businessTeamwork - Contributes to building a positive team spirit and supports others' efforts to succeedPhysical & Environmental While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, talk, and hear.
