Job PositionShipping & Operations SpecialistAbout The RoleWe are seeking a Shipping & Operations Specialist to join our team and support daily warehouse and fulfillment activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, efficient inventory management, and timely shipments to customers.This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & ShippingPick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare shipments and ensure all documentation is completeCoordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and trackingUse warehouse systems to process and update ordersInventory ManagementReceive, organize, and store incoming inventoryPerform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracyMonitor stock levels and support replenishment processesMaintain organized storage areas to improve workflow efficiencyQuality & SafetyEnsure all shipments meet quality and packaging standardsFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentIdentify and report process improvements or operational issuesReturns & SupportProcess returns and exchanges in accordance with company guidelinesSupport internal teams with order status and shipment inquiriesRequirementsMinimum 2 years warehouse or fulfillment experience.Proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping software.Forklift certification preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsPaid time offOpportunities for growth within a scaling operations teamHands-on experience in warehouse and logistics processesCollaborative and supportive work environmentPro Coffee Gear is an equal opportunity employer.
