    Shop Service Technician (Full Time, Little Elm, Texas)Holt CAT is the largest Caterpillar dealership of heavy equipment in the United States. We are seeking an experienced heavy construction equipment Shop Service Technician for our Little Elm, Texas, located at 27600 E University Dr., Aubrey, TX 76227. This position is responsible for providing high-quality repair service on heavy construction equipment in a shop environment, in order to respond to customer needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner and to ensure maximum value for work performed. The shop service tech will troubleshoot, repair heavy equipment such as dozers, backhoes, front‑end loaders, and excavators. The position has a Monday to Friday work schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Department: Machine Division (MAC)Employment Type: Full TimeLocation: Little ElmMid‑level position – Generally has more than seven years of experience and/or demonstrated job relevant knowledge/skills. A Level IV Technician has a broad knowledge of the field's standard and technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
