The Samaritan Inn is a comprehensive housing stability program that supports individuals in realizing dignity and gaining independence.Position DescriptionPosition Title: Singles Empowerment Coach Team LeadReports to: Chief Programs OfficerPay Rate: $55,000 - $65,000About the OrganizationThe Samaritan Inn was founded in 1984 as a 10-bed single men's homeless shelter.Since then, it has grown to become one of the largest shelters for our unhoused neighbors in North Texas.We serve single men, women, and families, with the capacity to serve up to 226 residents.We ensure housing stability through prevention, access, and comprehensive support, affirming dignity, strengthening independence, and cultivating a community rooted in care.Summary of the JobWe are seeking an experienced social work leader to serve as our Singles Team Lead.
