    Site Merchandising Specialist

    Overview

    We are seeking a Site Merchandising Specialist to support the development and ongoing optimization of an online product catalog. This role blends strategic product management with hands-on web merchandising and is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, e-commerce experience, and a sharp eye for customer experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the online product catalog, ensuring product information is accurate, optimized, and customer-friendly.
    • Execute web merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and drive conversion.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product to support launches, promotions, and site updates.
    • Monitor product performance, site traffic, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
    • Apply UX/UI best practices to improve the online shopping experience.
    • Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to align product availability with business needs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of site merchandising experience in a direct-to-consumer environment.
    • Experience with Shopify Plus.
    • Experience with on-site search tools such as Algolia, Klevu, or SearchSpring.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics

    Employment Type: Contract
    Schedule: On-site 4 days/week, 1 day/WFH
