Job Description:
- Perform bench type assembly processes to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools
- Follow manufacturing schedules and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all assembled components
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures
- High school diploma or GED required; prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
