Salary: $74,000 - $95,000 based upon experience + $2,000 sign on bonus

Recently promoted DOR, who is a seasoned OT/manager (Dir of Fitness and Rehab). Ortho/Outpatient background
Has 2 PTAs/1 PT/ 2 OT's/1 SLP/1 COTA
Highlights:
70-75% productivity (have gone to 65% in some cases)
Specialized training - chronic pain, vestibular, pelvic health, and ACTS exercise based trainings.

Job requirements:
BSN in Speech Pathology
FL SLP-CCC License required
AHA BLS required
