DescriptionWillmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Boys Soccer Coach.
Requirements- Candidate should have a strong background in distance running and training, able to work with multiple levels of ability and be a great communicator.
- Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of MSHSL and District Policies & Guidelines.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, injury prevention, and first aid, with a commitment to ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and respectful team culture that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development.
- Availability to attend practices, games, and other team-related events, including evenings and weekends as required.
