Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service Management II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
The Specialist, Client Service Management II serves as a key member of the client coverage team, partnering with Bankers, Wealth Advisors, Private Banking Associates, and internal service partners to deliver a high-quality client experience. This role is responsible for managing routine client servicing activities while also supporting onboarding, account opening, KYC documentation, relationship maintenance, and proactive client engagement.
The Specialist acts as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring requests are completed accurately, risks are appropriately managed, and new client relationships are onboarded efficiently. Success in this role requires strong client service skills, attention to detail, operational excellence, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as a day-to-day contact for routine client service needs and follow through on issue resolution
- Support client relationships by partnering with clients, bankers, advisors, and internal teams
- Prepare and coordinate new account opening, account maintenance, and onboarding documentation
- Assist with KYC, CIP, due diligence, and onboarding for individuals and entities
- Process account servicing and maintenance transactions accurately and timely
- Research and resolve routine client and operational inquiries
- Maintain strong risk and control discipline, including accurate documentation and escalation of issues
- Contribute to team collaboration, training, and process improvement efforts
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in banking, wealth management, financial services, client service, onboarding, or operations
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with private banking, wealth management, trust, or investment relationships is preferred
- Familiarity with account opening, KYC/AML, onboarding, and client servicing systems preferred

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
