Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $60 to $65 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manageannual budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel) and accounting software's.
• Experience in the implementation and integration of ERP systems within an organization required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in analyzing sales data and revenue streams for CPG products in retail preferred.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
