Niche Professional

Immediate need for a talented Niche Professional with experience in the Mortgage Industry. This is a 3+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Irving, TX. Please review the job description below.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Current Residential Appraiser license with a minimum of 3 years of residential experience.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge of appraisal concepts.
• Ability to grasp new technology and computer applications quickly.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable working at a fast pace.
• Ability to work overtime (OT) when needed.
• Must be familiar with Client's Collateral Underwriter system.
• Three years experience with Origination loans and Servicing transactions, such as Short Sales and REO Properties.
• Certified Appraisal license (an exception to the license can be made if the person has the appropriate experience)
• Appraisal review experience
• National review experience
• Secondary market or portfolio evaluation experience
