About the Role
As we embark on new growth opportunities, we seek an experienced and driven Senior Bridge Design Engineer/ Project Manager to lead a team, alongside other experienced teams, through the design of new construction and rehabilitation of existing bridges to clients across NY State and PA.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage bridge design projects from scoping through construction phases.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure project objectives are met.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineering team members, enhancing overall project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other transportation teams to develop practical and cost-effective design solutions.
- Conduct and review structural analyses, prepare engineering reports, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
- Participate in business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and the fostering of long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of bridge design engineering experience, with a proven track record in project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Strong knowledge and experience in foundation design, structural design, hydraulics and hydrology, local and state bridge/ culvert rehabilitation and replacement, as well as NYSDOT Specifications/ Standards.
- Strong business development skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge in planning, specification and proposal preparation.
