Sr Project Manager - Producer

Position: Sr. Producer / Project Manager (Consumer Web Apps)

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) near Laguna Niguel, CA (Only local candidates will be considered)

Terms: Direct-hire

Compensation: $115,000 to 135,000 annual base salary

Partnered with a client hiring a Sr Producer / PM to lead delivery of modern, consumer-facing applications across software development teams. This is a high-impact role on a lean team-ideal for someone who can own projects end-to-end, partner closely with engineers, and drive outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple technical projects from planning through launch
• Work hand-in-hand with developers to deliver front-end + back-end solutions
• Define roadmaps, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and clients
• Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving initiatives

What You Bring

• ~8-10+ years of experience in project management delivering projects
• Strong background in delivering consumer (web development) application
• Experience managing and collaborating with software engineering teams
• Ability to thrive in a smaller, fast-paced environment
• Strong customer-facing experience coming from a digital agency or firm
