    Description

    Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Technical Recruiter plays a key role in building a highly skilled and diverse workforce. You will partner closely with hiring managers, fellow recruiters, and HR Business Partners to design and execute innovative recruiting strategies that meet evolving talent needs. You will also contribute to shaping the broader talent acquisition vision, offering insights and recommendations that strengthen the function's long-term strategy.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Full-cycle recruiting - Lead the end-to-end hiring process, including intake meetings with hiring managers and HRBPs, defining role requirements, and managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Strategic talent advising - Serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers and HRBPs, developing competitive recruiting strategies tailored to a fast-moving talent market.
    • Interview coaching - Guide hiring managers on effective interviewing and evaluation techniques to ensure strong, equitable hiring decisions.
    • Candidate pipeline management - Drive sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and offer negotiation with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
    • Sourcing strategy execution - Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social platforms, networking, referrals, and events to identify top talent.
    • Recruiting event engagement - Represent the organization at career fairs, university events, and networking sessions to build brand awareness and talent pipelines.
    • Candidate experience management - Ensure timely communication, feedback, and preparation throughout the hiring process, extending through onboarding.
    • Proactive talent pipeline development - Maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    • Data-driven recruiting - Track key recruiting metrics and leverage data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and meet hiring goals.
    • Team collaboration - Partner with the broader recruiting team to design and implement creative sourcing and hiring strategies.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or specialized fields.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and hiring teams.
    • Expertise in direct sourcing, including networking, internet research, social media outreach, and cold calling.
    • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results with urgency and enthusiasm.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
    • Preferred background in IT, Finance, Accounting, or technical recruiting.
    • Hybrid schedule - minimum of two days per week onsite in Cambridge, MA.
