Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator

Partners Personnel is seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to join a leading logistics and distribution company in the St. Louis area. This position works in a fast-paced warehouse environment operating stand-up reach trucks to move, store, and retrieve inventory while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

Job Title: Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator

Pay Rate: $21.85 per hour Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently throughout the shift
• Put away, move, stage, and retrieve product from warehouse racking
• Load and unload materials as assigned
• Perform inventory movements using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and product counts
• Assist with order picking and other warehouse duties as needed
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous stand-up reach truck experience required
• Recent warehouse experience required
• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity expectations
• Must have reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
