This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining high sanitation standards and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team. You will help ensure the kitchen operates efficiently behind the scenes while upholding Rosewood's commitment to quality, safety, and excellence.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen, dishwashing, and back-of-house areas

Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure a continuous supply of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware

Ensure all kitchen tools, glassware, china, and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored

Keep work areas organized, stocked, and free of debris to support kitchen efficiency

Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries in accordance with established procedures

Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in line with local regulations and Rosewood policies

Support waste management practices, including proper disposal and recycling processes

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe working environment

Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

Collaborate with culinary team members during service to support smooth and efficient operations

You are highly detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment

You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and remain reliable under pressure
