We're committed to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement , and we know it all starts with investing in our people.Job Summary:The Stockroom Inventory Clerk assists with the organization and inventory management of the Maintenance Stockroom. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and issuing inventory, supporting maintenance and production with inventory needs, and ensuring the stockroom remains organized and efficient.This is a first shift position with a working schedule of Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.Key Responsibilities:Perform work assigned by group leader or supervisor.Use Microsoft Excel, IQMS, or other inventory software to maintain accurate inventory records.Receive inventory and check items in and out of inventory.Organize, label, and maintain stockroom inventory.Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as assigned.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Notify the Group Leader or Supervisor of any mechanical, safety, inventory, or production concerns.Support the Maintenance and Production departments by supplying inventory items as needed.Push inventory carts and transport materials throughout the facility.Follow standardized work instructions and company procedures.Comply with all company safety policies and employee regulations.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Required:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Flexibility to work overtime as needed.Preferred:Experience with IQMS is preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 25 lbs to chest height regularlyAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to bend, stoop, and climb steps as neededAbility to push/pull carts weighing up to 50 lbs or moreWhy You'll Love Working HereAffordable insurance options (medical, dental, vision, HSA)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCompany-paid disability coverageReferral and recognition programsWellness and appreciation eventsPay increases every 6 months and for skill level improvementsJoin ATTC – where teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement drive our success.#J-18808-Ljbffr
