Store Front Entrance Attendant

Remain at the store's front entrance to welcome and thank customers. Help deter potential theft through customer service and awareness. Provide courteous and professional assistance by answering questions or directing customers to store associates as needed. Support store operations by monitoring fitting rooms, exits, or other high-traffic areas as directed by management. Conduct receipt or bag checks only when requested by store management, or when the EAS system is triggered, and in line with company policy. Observe and promptly report any unusual or dishonest activity by customers or employees, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns to store management. Assist with daily tasks such as organizing front-end areas, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting customer service needs. Attend store meetings, physical inventory, and training classes as scheduled. Verbally update store management on observations, concerns, or assigned tasks during each shift. Comply with all workplace safety procedures, customer service standards, and company policies. Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies.
