ResponsibilitiesThe Project Administrator is responsible for coordinating the development of floor plans, placing fixture orders, producing merchandising supplies orders, and calculating SKU capacity in project stores, working with the Vice President and Director of Store Installations.Maintain store layout files to reflect current fixture locations for all stores and update layouts as needed.Place orders and manage follow up for merchandising supplies and equipment for all store projects.Maintain a system for comparison of new store inventories and running feet of fixtures required per floor plan.Gather information on new and existing buildings and building additions and develop a floor plan with front room and back room locations.Place fixture orders for projects directly with fixture suppliers for store fixtures.Ensure that the Installation field teams have the necessary items to complete projects and strive to improve efficiency of processes.Adapt to changes in job functions and track projects with accurate data.Carry out any other projects as needed and directed by department management and perform all other duties as assigned.Skills / Education / Knowledge / Experience / AbilitiesRequired:High School diploma1–2 years retail store experience (preferred)Organizational and time management skillsTyping, computer knowledge, basic knowledge of ExcelExperience using AutoCAD (lite) with the ability to demonstrate proper CAD techniques in developing drawingsDesired:Ability to work independently and make decisionsAbility to multi-task projects across past, present, and futureDetail oriented with the ability to work at a fast paceTotal Compensation PackageCompetitive Wages & Paid Time OffStock Purchase Plan & 401k with Employer Contributions Starting Day OneMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurance with Optional Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Team Member Health/Wellbeing ProgramsTuition Educational Assistance ProgramsOpportunities for Career GrowthO'Reilly Auto Parts is an equal opportunity employer.
