Summary The Store Manager will lead operations and sales for the Dallas Neiman Marcus boutique, reporting to the Senior Market Director. This role is responsible for driving store performance, delivering exceptional client service, and upholding Bottega Veneta brand standards. The manager will mentor and develop retail associates while overseeing daily operational tasks.Responsibilities Support overall store operations, including business performance, customer service, and brand image.Drive achievement of store and individual sales targets and maximize departmental sales.Mentor, coach, and develop retail associates to grow competencies and sales performance.Monitor and ensure quality of client book data and work with staff to implement action plans.Manage recruiting, onboarding, staff trainings, and new hire inductions.Perform operational duties including opening/closing the store, register, and back office management procedures.Enforce brand standards and maintain professional customer relationship management.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.Strong teamwork skills, organizational awareness, and flexibility.Demonstrated product knowledge and alignment with the brand\'s philosophy.Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams.Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
