Leads, coaches and motivates the Store team to deliver a legendary employee and customer experience while achieving shareholder value through solutions and referrals. Focuses on deepening customer relationships, putting the customer first, and referring them to the right specialist to ensure their needs are met.Depth & ScopeProvides people‑management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling disciplinary actions when required.Manages a medium‑sized store and team (based on TD Bank store levelling criteria).Oversees and leads a medium, complex or re‑open store while growing talent, developing skills and capabilities to achieve business results.Accountable for achieving both store and individual performance metrics.Manages multiple store locations or a diverse and complex customer base as required.Acts as peer mentor to developing store managers.Has deep expert knowledge of business, banking operations and risk profile for team processes.Provides coaching, mentorship and guidance to others in areas of expertise.Manages workforce decisions on acceptable risk levels (moderate to high risk potential).Acts as the highest point of escalation for issues raised from customers, internal groups or partners.Originates loan applications, handles conditions of lending and conducts loan closings.Maintains an active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry).Education & ExperienceUndergraduate degree or equivalent experience.4+ years of related experience (retail, customer service, financial services) with supervisory, leadership and coaching experience.4+ years of proven business‑development skills, including ability to conceptualize and implement strategies.4+ years of proven leadership and coaching experience.Experience in small‑business and consumer lending.Knowledge of bank product lines, services, store operations and security.Ability to manage competing priorities and align efforts to meet store goals.Strong financial analysis, presentation and collaborative skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.Notary license (preferred).Customer AccountabilitiesManages the service and advice team, promoting a positive customer and colleague experience.Coaches and develops team members on product, sales, and advice‑giving strategies to improve overall customer experience and financial confidence.Ensures customer issues are handled according to resolution guidelines and participates in negotiation when necessary.Promotes the bank's brand business.Proactively reaches out to prospects for relationship development through needs‑based conversations.Identifies and develops relationships with key community influencers to generate demand for TD products and services.Ensures operational excellence and risk management by following policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.Fosters a culture of risk management and control, aligning
