Description

OverviewDirects and controls all in-store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets, and to ensure long-term business growth in accordance with company philosophy and established policies and procedures. The store manager will set the strategic direction of their store location to achieve all objectives and projects assigned by Cole Haan while establishing a healthy team culture and store environment.Core AccountabilitiesDrive financial growth by achieving sales and key KPI goalsExceed store EBITDA budget through responsible management of payroll, supplies, and facilitiesCoach and develop staff to exceed individual and store goalsBuild a Dedicated And Good-natured TeamCreate and maintain a positive store environment by leading and developing a quality store teamDirectly responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training, and building a talent pipelineUrgently address performance issues using the Company toolsCreate a culture of customer obsession that caters to the extraordinary achieverDeliver extraordinary customer service through your store teamExecute and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectationsConsistently communicate customer, market, and product feedbackDeliver Operational ConsistencyAchieve all operational objectives with regards to loss prevention, health, and safetyManage team to ensure compliance of all company policies and proceduresAs an Equal Opportunity Employer, Cole Haan is committed to meeting the spirit as well as the letter of the law.
