This role oversees day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, sales floor supervision, merchandising, and inventory management. The Store Manager is responsible for leading and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain store standards. Daily tasks include scheduling staff, monitoring performance, handling customer concerns, ensuring accurate cash handling, and implementing retail loss prevention practices.
