This is the right opportunity for you if you:Love RetailCan consistently demonstrate true leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect and effectiveness while operating a market leading NAPA store.Know how to take full responsibility for P&L while mapping out initiatives and business plans for the store and solving roadblock issues.ResponsibilitiesIdentify new customers and revenue opportunities for the storeShift into high gear in a fast-paced retail store environmentHelp outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accountsBuild, guide and develop an engaged team to deliver excellent customer care and business resultsContinuously improve processes and proceduresProtect and maintain the security of store assetsDisplay pride in maintaining a store recognized for safety and appearanceQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentPassion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationshipsKnowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts is a plusPersonal drive, self-motivation and initiative to accomplish business goalsCustomer focus and high energy in a fast-paced environmentAbility to operate a cash register and navigate computer and catalog systemsPassion for delivering customer care in a team environmentAdditional preferred qualifications include technical courses, automotive background, ASE Certifications, and experience in related fieldsWhy NAPA may be the right place for youOutstanding health benefits and 401KBonus opportunitiesStable company with a family feelSupportive company culture and career development opportunitiesInterested in future opportunities?
