    Description

    Summary The Store Manager will lead daily store operations in Manhasset, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional luxury client experiences. This role oversees team development, operational excellence, inventory control, and alignment with brand and visual merchandising standards.Responsibilities Manage and analyze sales performance, implement action plans to achieve quantitative targets, and identify VIP client opportunities.Act as a brand ambassador, uphold elevated service standards, and lead VIC initiatives.Recruit, coach, and develop store team members; conduct performance management and career development planning.Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory procedures.Manage after-sales processes including alterations and repairs, and report facilities or maintenance issues promptly.Control store expenses and contribute to profit and loss management while optimizing operational costs.Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety procedures, and corporate operational policies.Coordinate with retail leaders and cross-functional partners to align on sales objectives and visual merchandising guidelines.Requirements 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.Proven experience managing a high-volume store with strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel, work weekends, and lift/move up to 40 pounds.#J-18808-Ljbffr
