Hot 8 Yoga Is Growing

Hot 8 Yoga is the hottest, cleanest, most connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven directors who love yoga to join our company.

Responsibilities Include:

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Tracking studio budget
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
• Processing payroll
• Oversee inventory
• Work 5 front desk shifts
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
• Lead teacher trainings
• Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• On call
• Weekend availability

Candidates Must Have A 200-Hour Ryt Certificate And Are Required To Teach Classes On The Schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Previous management experience is required.
