Sharkey's Cuts for Kids — an award-winning children's (age 0-14) salon franchise with over 200 locations — is opening a brand-new salon in Westwood. We're hiring founding stylists to join our team for opening day.

We are local owners who believe in taking care of the people who take care of our clients. Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly base ($17-22) based on experience with guaranteed yearly raise
• 100% of tips, paid instantly via Tippy, not pooled
• 10% commission on all retail sales

What you'll do:

• Provide kids' haircuts in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Make nervous kids laugh and anxious parents feel at ease
• Keep your station clean and your tools ready
• Recommend retail products when it makes sense
• Be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together

Requirements:

• Genuine love for kids and high-energy family environments
• Active Massachusetts cosmetology license. Aesthetician and nail licenses do not qualify.
