    Description

    ResponsibilitiesServe as a Supply Chain Department liaison for clinics and operating rooms throughout the hospital and ISC.Utilize Microsoft Excel, SPM, and Tableau to locate supplies and instruments.Prompt communication with hospital staff regarding emergencies and requests.Move on foot throughout the hospital, lift up to 25 pounds, and transport heavy case carts.Position self to handle inventory on high or low shelving.Other duties as assigned.Percent of Time: 100%Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday–FridayPay Grade: 2B ($40,475)Benefits HighlightsRegular salaried position located in Iowa City, IowaFringe benefit package including paid vacation, sick leave, health, dental, life and disability insurance options, and generous employer contributions to retirement plansRequired QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on ExcelPrompt communication with hospital staff regarding emergencies and requestsAbility to move throughout the hospital, lift up to 25 pounds, and frequently transport heavy case cartsAbility to position self to handle inventory on high or low shelvingDesirable QualificationsExperience utilizing PeopleSoft, SPM, or TableauAbility to effectively multi‑task in a fast‑paced environmentKnowledge of university policies, procedures, and regulationsKnowledge of supply chain management in a hospital settingAbility to meet UI Fleet Safety StandardsCompensationPay Level: 2BStarting Salary Minimum: $40,475Starting Salary Maximum: Commensurate#J-18808-Ljbffr
