Innovation and brilliance - two things that set us apart.About the RoleThe Supply Chain Coordinator supports the daily operational flow of inventory, customer orders, shipments, and vendor coordination across the supply chain lifecycle. This role is responsible for helping maintain operational efficiency, inventory visibility, shipment tracking, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely processing and customer delivery.The coordinator works closely with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Quality Control, Inventory, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and external vendors to support day-to-day operations, resolve issues, monitor order flow, and maintain workflow accuracy. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily supply chain operations and inventory movement across multiple operational stagesMaintain strong relationships and communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersCoordinate order flow from inventory intake through fulfillment Inbound and Outbound.Monitor order status, shipment progress, tracking updates, and operational timelinesCollaborate with Fulfillment, Quality Control, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure operational alignmentIdentify, escalating and assisting in resolving operational bottlenecks, delays, shipment discrepancies, and system-related issuesSupport vendor onboarding, compliance processes, account maintenance, and operational communicationTrack and manage inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring accurate documentation and visibilityAssist with operational reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysisCoordinate communication between internal departments and external vendors to support customer delivery goals.Support process improvements, workflow optimization, and guidelines developmentMonitor operational performance and proactively communicate risks impacting customer orders or supply chain flowAssist with special projects, reporting initiatives, and process-related tasks as neededSkills and AbilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environmentHigh attention to detail and operational accuracyAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partnersProactive approach to issue identification, escalation, and resolutionStrong sense of operational ownership and accountabilityAbility to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and operational data analysisStrong understanding of inventory flow, logistics coordination, and supply chain processesAbility to adapt quickly to operational changes and business needQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)1-2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operationsExperience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferredBasic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office toolsStrong understanding of inventory management and logistics processesExperience working with vendors, shipping, and procurement processesAbility to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlinesAt Blue Nile, many of our roles offer a high-quality, comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, paid time off, retirement planning and opportunities for career advancement.
