ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our premier Robotics client in North Reading, MA . This 5-month contract role supports the deployment and readiness of advanced robotics systems by managing end-to-end supply chain execution, coordinating deployment activities, and ensuring products, materials, and equipment are delivered on time. You'll partner with procurement, logistics, engineering, and operations teams to resolve supply chain challenges, improve operational processes, and help support the implementation of next-generation technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, solutions-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex operational problems in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Key ActivitiesManage end-to-end deployment order activities to support robotics installation projects.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure site readiness and on-time deployments.Monitor Equipment Install Plans (EIP) and Sales Orders (SO), resolving discrepancies and supply gaps.Investigate and resolve deployment issues, customer tickets, and Problem Service Reports.Support internal material requisitions and deployment planning activities.Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.Drive operational excellence by supporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal process guides.Develop solutions for complex supply chain challenges while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams to improve scalability and operational efficiency.Support the design and implementation of next-generation ERP and supply chain processes.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations, or a related field.Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, operations, manufacturing, or deployment activities.Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets and complex analysis.Experience using SQL for querying or analyzing data.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting deployment, manufacturing, or engineering operations.Experience with ERP systems or configuration management.Knowledge of supply chain planning and inventory management concepts.Experience developing process improvements in complex operational environments.Familiarity with robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing operations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
