Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.More About Our TeamOur Materials Management team plays a vital role in supporting exceptional patient care by ensuring the right supplies and equipment are available at the right time. We collaborate closely with clinical, surgical, and administrative departments to drive efficiency, cost stewardship, and supply chain resilience across the hospital. Guided by a commitment to service, integrity, and continuous improvement, our team helps create a safe and seamless environment for patients and caregivers alike.ResponsibilitiesAssists the Director of Materials Management in the daily operations of the Materials department, including vendor maintenance, item updates, contract reviews, and procurement activities.Provides direction and training to staff to ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies.Serves as a resource to hospital personnel in utilization of inventory system for placing orders for inventory and non-stock items. Promotes standardization of products and vendors. Reconciles pricing/quantity/item discrepancies for non-storeroom orders placed through CSC.Updates departmental SMART PARS with product changes, additions and deletions.Effectively maintains vendor relationships.
