This has helped us expand into new sectors and steadily grow.Job Description Day to Day Responsibilities:Inventory Purchasing· Manage the ordering of the raw material commodities in support of Production.· Back-up for Storeroom mass ordering of MRO parts in support of Production.· Review order confirmation and change orders.· Check for purchase order issues and expedites.· Follow-up on information requests for vendors and purchasing parts.Inventory value - Level and Philosophy· Manage inventory to support production and control costs on inventory for the entire product life cycle from new parts/materials to obsolescence.Vendor Management· Proactively work with supplier to avoid supply disruptions.· Support and align parts to corporate contract suppliers.· Investigate invoice issues in a timely manner.· Resolve part reject issues.· Use ARIBA to update NDA's, insurance certificates and new supplier adds.Accounting Interaction· Follow accounting requirements and direction for inventory items.· Manage the standard cost roll-up requests.· Investigation standard cost, item codes, capital spares, transaction issues, account issues, etc. as needed.· Support the inventory standard cost - year end revaluation review.· Processing RTV (vendor credits on inventory items with issues).Manager Must Haves:- Strong communication skills, written and verbal- Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, familiarity with user interfaces/databases-Advanced skills using analytical tools (Excel, etc. ...)-Effective task prioritization with ability to multi-task.-Conflict Management / Problem Solving-Highest level of interpersonal skills: tact, patience, flexibility and courtesyRequirement· Candidates with some PeopleSoft experience.· Associates Degree in a related Field· 2-5 years of experienceQualifications Requirement· Candidates with some PeopleSoft experience.· Associates Degree in a related Field· 2-5 years of experienceAdditional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
