Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up – we invest in you so you can find your inspiration.Your ImpactThe Supply Chain Fulfillment Consultant supports the design, execution, and improvement of fulfillment strategies that enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction and reliability, and cost efficiency. As a subject matter expert, this role partners with Distribution, Transportation, Merchandising, Technology, and Operations teams to implement scalable, data-driven solutions. The Consultant drives process improvements, manages project execution, and ensures consistent adoption of best practices and technologies across the supply chain network.What You Will DoLead the development and execution of fulfillment process improvements and tools that improve customer reliability, enhance efficiency and service levels.Partner cross-functionally to deliver projects and solutions that improve customer promise, optimize product flow and reduce operational costs.Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.Manage fulfillment-related projects from planning through implementation, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.Apply data-driven insights to evaluate current vs. future state processes and quantify performance impact.Provide guidance and support to fulfillment teams in resolving operational challenges.Develop and maintain fulfillment policies, procedures, and process documentation.Support change management and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of new fulfillment processes and technologies.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable10+ years of overall experience supply chain, fulfillment, or operations with a focus on process improvement and project delivery.5-7 years demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities5-7 years proven ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive operational decisionsExperience coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellenceProficiency with supply chain management or fulfillment systems and reporting toolsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilitiesSolid understanding of project management principles and methodologiesAbility to influence without authority in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills/EducationExperience in retail or omnichannel fulfillment operationsKnowledge of service provider management or dispatch scheduling systemsProject Management or Lean Six Sigma certificationAbout Lowe'sLowe's Companies, Inc.
