    SummaryUnder the direction of the Supply Chain Management Manager, responsible for daily monitoring, re-ordering of inventory items for the hospital, receipt, inspection and delivery.Interview and Shadow RequirementMust be able to complete an in-person Interview and ShadowEducationHigh school or equivalent (GED).Certification, Registration & LicensureDriver's License - PreferredResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain supply areasEstablish and evaluate the appropriate Min/Max par levels of product for supply areasOrdering product for all LogiD areas via RFID tag system (Concord Campus)Deliver and stock supplies in a timely mannerEnsuring all tags are removed/placed on RFID boards before the cut-off trigger time for ordering (Concord Campus)Monitor tags on RFID boards to prevent stock-outs. (Concord Campus)Ensures all assigned department(s) are continuously supplied with all necessary productFollows up on order confirmations, short ships, back order issues and returns.Work directly with Purchasing to problem solve and obtain critical products, product substitutionsKnowledgeable in assigned department(s) specific product needs; critical items, specialty productsProvide expertise in assigned areas of responsibilityActs as a Resource for assigned areas of responsibilityOversees parcel management inclusive of receipts and distribution which includes CC-ID.Supports off campus corporation entities with questions, concerns, shipment information.Maintain Expired Product Management for assigned department(s).
