OverviewSupply Chain Specialist 2 – Lenexa, KS.Full‑time role focusing on procurement, contract negotiation, vendor management, and supply‑chain operations.Compensation: $86,000 per year.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.Research and evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as price and reliability.Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.Collaborate with logistics to monitor shipments and address delivery issues.Resolve complex contract issues and support procurement staff as needed.QualificationsBe a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in supply chain and contracts.Have experience with RFP processes and contract negotiation.Have at least 4 years of negotiation experience with suppliers.Be proficient in Microsoft Office and general database software.Have strong communication skills and a passion for safety.Be proficient in general software tools as required.EEO StatementLearn more about our EEO policy here
