Our continued commitment to innovation ensures we are positioned to deliver superior solutions for our customers, partners, and communities.Role DescriptionThe role serves as the critical link in our global supply chain, acting as the primary bridge between our China‑based teams, U.S. Sales/CSR teams, 3PL partners, and customers. This role focuses on synchronizing international shipping schedules with domestic demands, ensuring end‑to‑end shipment visibility, and managing priority escalations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical import/export compliance and align cross‑continental stakeholders and resolve bottlenecks in a fast‑paced environment.QualificationsCoordination & AlignmentAct as the primary liaison between China production/logistics teams and U.S. stakeholders (Sales, CSR, and Finance) to ensure seamless information flow.Manage priority alignment , translating U.S. customer needs into actionable shipping instructions for the China team and vice versa.Lead escalation management for delayed shipments or transit issues, providing timely updates and alternative solutions to internal teams and customers.Maintain real‑time shipment visibility , tracking goods from China departure through customs clearance to final U.S. delivery, ensuring all data is accurately reflected in internal systems.Facilitate smooth communication by bridging time zone and cultural gaps, ensuring U.S. requirements are understood and China's operational constraints are communicated clearly.Import/Export & Compliance ExecutionExecute import and export operations , facilitating the classification valuation, and country of origin determination for all goods in compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other regulatory bodies.Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of goods, providing necessary documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.) to prevent port delays.Monitor international trade trends and regulatory changes (tariffs, HTS updates) to advise the team on potential cost or timeline impacts.Support sample orders and expedited shipments for Marketing and Sales, ensuring high‑priority items receive "white glove" tracking and delivery.Process & Efficiency ImprovementsCollaborate with internal teams to refine SOPs for new customer onboarding and complex shipping lanes.Identify bottlenecks in the communication or logistics flow and suggest process modifications to improve responsiveness and reduce lead times.Ensure billing and invoicing accuracy, validate charges against contracts, and process payments time.Support critical sample orders and expedited shipments for marketing and sales initiatives.Business travel as required.Mandarin (written and verbal) is highly preferred.Education and Experience2-5 years of hands‑on experience in supply chain management.Bachelor's degree in supply chain and operations management, or related field required.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing complex processes and projects simultaneously.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
